We are looking for a Pre-primary Coordinator to join our regional team of Bachpan Play school. This role requires them to work for school Academics. Starting from the Preparation of Academic Curriculum to monitoring, helping & suggesting the teachers for overall class development, academic coordinators play a vital role.

This role will also require you to be involved in the recruitment of Teaching staff in the schools. You need to supervise the academics of schools & teachers performance. Discussions with teachers regarding performance of teachers & students will be a crucial part of the job. If you find yourself suitable for this role, then check this out.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Observing, guiding, supervising, and assessing children while they learn in the classroom environment.
- Developing lesson plans, independent learning exercises, curricula, and methods that cater to the needs of the individual child.
- Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, stimulating classroom where all children feel safe and valued.
- Planning for activity based learning & play way methods for children
- Establishing rapport and building relationships with teachers.
- Monitoring and assessing teacher progress and writing up reports.
- Interviewing and assisting with the training of all new teachers.

**Qualification**:

- Any Graduate & PPTC is mandatory
- 3+ years of work experience as a Pre-primary Incharge
- Strong leadership skills coupled with excellent oral and written communication Skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to use tact, diplomacy, and mature judgment.
- Strong analytical skills to devise specific action plans for schools after understanding their pain points.
- Ability to work well with cross functional teams.
- Patience and excellent observational, communication, and diagnostic skills.
- The ability to multitask, keep calm under pressure, and treat everyone with respect.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
