**Responsibilities**:

- **Pre-Primary Program Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations and management of the pre-primary section, ensuring smooth functioning of classrooms, activities, and schedules.
- Ensure that the curriculum for early childhood education is implemented effectively, focusing on the holistic development of children.
- Supervise the planning and delivery of age-appropriate lessons and activities for children aged 3-6 years.
- **Curriculum Design & Development**:

- Work with teachers to develop and adapt the pre-primary curriculum to meet the developmental needs of students.
- Regularly review and update teaching materials, ensuring they align with the latest trends in early childhood education.
- Implement creative and engaging activities that support language development, social skills, motor skills, cognitive growth, and emotional well-being.
- **Teacher Support and Supervision**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to pre-primary teachers, assisting them in lesson planning, classroom management, and effective teaching strategies.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching quality.
- Organize training sessions and professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their skills and stay updated on best practices.
- **Student Assessments and Progress Tracking**:

- Monitor and assess the development of each child, including cognitive, physical, and social-emotional growth.
- Maintain individual records of children’s progress and share updates with parents.
- Provide guidance to teachers in conducting formative and summative assessments in a child-friendly manner.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Establish strong communication channels with parents, providing them with regular updates on their child's progress and development.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss children’s performance, behavioral development, and any concerns.
- Offer suggestions and support for parents to help reinforce learning at home.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Ensure a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Establish and maintain classroom rules and routines to help children feel secure and understand expectations.
- Address any behavioral issues in a positive and constructive manner.
- **Health, Safety, and Well-being**:

- Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of children by maintaining a safe and hygienic classroom and play areas.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure that teachers are trained to handle emergencies.
- Promote the overall health and well-being of children, including encouraging proper nutrition and hygiene practices.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest research, methodologies, and practices in early childhood education.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences related to early childhood development and education to continuously improve leadership and coordination skills.
- Encourage teachers to participate in training programs and share new knowledge with the team.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹69,532.55 per month
