**Role: Sales Executive (Digital Marketing)**

We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our digital marketing agency. As a Sales Executive, your role will be to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and close deals.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Target: Achieve sales targets by generating leads, making cold calls, and conducting sales presentations.

2. Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and social media.

3. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

4. Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals to clients, outlining the value we offer and how our solutions can meet their specific needs.

5. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.

6. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and provide reports to the team and management.

7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and digital marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and website development industries.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing tools.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

**Compensation**:

- Salary: 30,000 per month
- Incentive: 10% of your monthly sales
