**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily backend operations and process coordination.
- Maintain and update MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards.
- Work closely with production, logistics, and sales teams for smooth workflow.
- Monitor inventory, order status, and delivery schedules.
- Analyze data to improve operational efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Prepare regular reports and present actionable insights to management.
- Ensure documentation and compliance with internal processes.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or backend support roles.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and data management.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
