- Job Description
- Main TasksConduct **intake meetings** with hiring managers to understand role requirements.-
Raise and manage **Job Requisitions (JRs)** in internal systems.-
Prepare and publish **job postings** across various portals. -Coordinate and schedule **interviews**, gather feedback, and drive the process forward.Ensure **timely closure of JRs in SuccessFactors** and maintain accurate records.-
Provide **regular status updates** to internal stakeholders.- Your ProfileBachelor’s degree in HR or related field.-
**0.6-5 years** of experience in **end-to-end recruitment**.-
Strong experience using **Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter** (mandatory).-
Familiarity with **ATS platforms** like **SuccessFactors** (preferred).-
Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.-
