Indus Parking Services (IPS) is an emerging parking enforcement company headquartered in Gurugram, India. Our team consists of highly focused and motivated professionals with extensive expertise in parking management. We specialise in preventing unauthorised parking across commercial properties, residential complexes, and other locations. Indus Parking Service manages the entire parking enforcement process efficiently and also provides operational support to Euro Parking Services.

We are looking for an enthusiast **Bid Writer** to join us, who can assist in the preparation, development, and submission of competitive bids and proposals for business opportunities, particularly within the UK market.

As a **Bid Writer**, your responsibilities will include:

- Researching and identifying relevant tender opportunities across various platforms.
- Understanding client requirements and customising proposals accordingly.
- Coordinating with internal teams to gather technical, financial, and operational inputs.
- Writing clear, compelling, and well-structured content for tenders and proposals.
- Ensuring all submissions are compliant with industry and client requirements.
- Maintaining a library of proposal content, templates, and related documents.
- Monitoring submission deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of proposals
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong written communication and editing abilities.
- Understanding of RFP/RFQ processes and documentation, particularly for UK public/private sector tenders.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Team collaboration and coordination skills

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Compliance, Legal Studies, English, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years and up to 4 years of experience in tender writing, bid management, or proposal development, ideally for the UK market.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
