Job Title - **Store Cum QC Executive**

**Job Responsibility:

- **

1) Implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

2) Develop and maintain project quality control plans, procedures, and inspection checklists.

3) Conduct quality control inspections and audits, and document findings and corrective actions.

4) Monitor materials management, including material handling, storage, and use, to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

5) Develop and maintain material management plans, procedures, and inventory control systems.

6) Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project quality and materials management goals are met.

7) Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to materials management and quality control.

8) Maintain knowledge of developments in the field of quality control and materials management and incorporate this knowledge into project activities.

9) Familiarity with quality control standards and regulations in the construction industry.

10) Strong understanding of materials management best practices, including inventory control and handling procedures.

11) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

12) Ensure proper safety and equipment maintenance procedures are followed.

13) Execution of all work tasks within the technological process of quality control of products, intermediate products, and raw materials.

14) Analysis of raw materials, products, and intermediate products, as well as timely communication with other production departments, especially in case of deviations from the required quality standards.

15) Responsibility and monitoring of compliance with all Quality Standards requirements, product integrity and good manufacturing practices in all sectors.

16) Overseeing the dispatch of products on time.

17) Ensuring that packing and transportation meet a company's quality control.

18) Manage Inventory Requisition, Purchase Orders Receipts, Materials Received Register (MRR), Storage, Dispatch, and Inventory Control.

19) Preparation of MRN MIN (Material Receipt Note Material Issue Note) through Material Management Software.

20) Executing all the Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).

21) Maintain all store reports in Manual/ ERP Software.

22) Maintain store stock register Assets stock register.

23) Prepare monthly store reconciliation statement.

24) Maintaining Minimum Stock level of all consumables.

25) Maintaining the proper Method of stock issue maintaining the various levels of stock.

26) Review of Store function (DPR/ERP feeding Status) of sites on daily basis.

27) Overall responsibility for all Stores, Dispatch Purchase functions.
