**Job Summary**:
The Billing Executive will be responsible for billing management. This individual will generate invoices to

customers on a daily/monthly basis, review and issue bills and invoices for specific transactions. The Billing

Executive will need to work collaboratively with the Account Management and Client Services teams.

**Job Role and responsibilities**:
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Generate customer invoices and submit.
- Ensure correct coding of all patients invoices and payments updated in the System
- Maintain a centralized and updated clients’ details and rate card details
- Respond to patient queries and resolve complaints
- Respond to billing inquiries of Account Management teams across regions and other internal teams
- Assist in month-end financial statement close
- Support other accounting projects, as necessary
- Working Knowledge about charge code of courier partner and GST
- To ensure that the company’s policies and procedures are adhered to. Person Specification.

**Skills**:

- Great interpersonal and communications skills
- Self-discipline
- Preparation of MIS report Stock reports, etc.
- Excellence in Operating Ms Excel, Outlook and Word
- The ability to work to monthly deadlines
