DESIGNATION - Billing Executive.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- 1.Prepare and issue invoices to clients and customers in a timely manner.

2. Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions and ensure all data is entered correctly into the billing system.

3. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.

4. Resolve billing discrepancies and issues by communicating with clients and internal departments.

5. Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to billing and revenue.

6. Update and maintain billing systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

- Experience with transportation and logistics industries.
- Ability to make quick, smart business decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to effectively train others, preferably with experience in doing so.
- Outstanding organizational skills, excellent time management skills, ability to multitask.

LOCATION
- MUMBAI(2nos)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From ₹180,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift

- Borivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
