**About the Role**:
Join our dynamic pre-sales team as a **Telecaller** for our landmark plotted project **Villament Hills** in Karjat. If you have a pleasant voice, good communication skills, and a hunger to convert leads into site visits - this is your calling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call and follow up with leads generated through Meta ads, portals, and referrals.
- Pitch the Villament Hills project with enthusiasm and clarity.
- Schedule and confirm site visits with prospective buyers.
- Maintain lead data, call logs, and follow-up updates in CRM/Excel.
- Assist the sales team in improving client conversion rates.
- Mandatory to work on weekends and public holidays.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 0 to 3 years of telecalling or customer service experience.
- Fluency in **Hindi and English** is a must, any additional language would be an added advantage.
- Confident, energetic, and target-driven attitude.
- Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus, but not mandatory.
