As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our services to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Qualification**:

- Conduct initial outreach to prospects to assess their needs and introduce our services.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections promptly and professionally.
- **Product/Service Knowledge**:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company's services, features, and benefits.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to potential clients.
- **Sales Pitch and Presentation**:

- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations tailored to the needs of each client.
- Highlight the unique selling points and advantages of our services to potential clients.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**:

- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and closure of opportunities.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align efforts and achieve sales targets.
- Provide feedback and insights to the team to improve sales strategies and processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
