**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually engaging graphics for various digital and print media, including social media, websites, brochures, and presentations.
- Develop and execute creative concepts that align with the company's brand identity and goals.
- Design eye-catching and effective layouts, selecting appropriate colors, images, and typography.
- Produce high-quality graphics and visual content that resonate with our target audience.
- Manage multiple design projects and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
- Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and provide creative solutions.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions based on design critiques and stakeholder input.
- Ensure consistent branding and design standards across all materials.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Solid understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and understand design briefs.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take creative direction and implement feedback effectively.

**Working Conditions**:

- This is a full-time position based at our Ahmedabad office.
- Some flexibility in working hours may be required to meet project deadlines.

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
