ob Overview: We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic
have up to 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio

**Responsibilities**:
1. Graphic Design:

- Create visually appealing and effective designs for print and
campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Develop a deep understanding of brand guidelines and ensure
consistency across all design projects.
2. Conceptualization and Ideation:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and
generate creative ideas for campaigns and promotional
materials.
- Translate concepts into engaging visual designs that
effectively communicate the intended message.
3. Software Proficiency:

- Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality
visuals.
- Stay updated on industry-standard design tools and trends.
4. Layout and Composition:

- Design layouts for brochures, posters, social media graphics,
and other marketing materials, considering both aesthetics
and readability.

5. Communication and Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing,
content creators, and other designers, to ensure alignment
with project goals.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions into designs,

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in graphic design (including internships
or freelance work).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign).
- Basic understanding of design principles, colour theory, and
typography.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new design trends and techniques.
