Job Description:
**Job purpose **:We are looking for a Junior Graphics Designer to create engaging designs according to requirements. The responsibilities of a junior graphic designer include creating designs according to specifications, reporting to the Senior Designer, and improving design tasks.

**Education and Relevant Experience**
Any Graduate, BA or BSc Degree in Graphics Designing or related field, B.Tech/B.E. in Computers, Diploma in Graphic/ Web Designing
6 months to 1 year of experience with Graphics designing

**Technical Skills: (must have)**
Experience with design software and graphics editing software, such as Sketch, Figma, Indesign, InVision, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Knowledge of design techniques, such as Prototyping.
Experience with creating Web layout/wireframes, logos, banners, interfaces, Social media images, infographics, advertisements, brochure designing, etc.
Understanding of visual elements (layout, type, typography and fonts)
Excellent knowledge of color correction techniques(Color fundamentals and theory)
Should be quick and creative in terms of Thoughts - Sketch - Prototype - Final Design - Graphic design and Web Design fundamentals

**Additional Skills: (nice to have)**

Knowledge of animation and video editing will be preferred

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES **:The key accountability of Jr. Graphics Designer will be to design miscellaneous graphics work and to collaborate with Sr. UI Designer in work related to Graphic Designing according to requirements.

Understanding task requirements and concepts.
Use various techniques to create drafts, models and prototypes
Collaborate with team members to launch projects
Using feedback from other designers to improve.
Create visual aspects of Print media and Digital marketing materials, websites and other onboarding collaterals, including infographics.
- Key Skills Required:
