We're looking for a passionate and versatile **Junior Graphic Designer** to join our growing creative team. If you love crafting visuals across social media, branding, marketing, and digital products — and want to grow your creative career alongside a supportive team — this might be for you.

**What You'll Do**:

- Design compelling graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and other digital content
- Create and polish pitch decks, presentations, reports, and other long-format documents
- Assist in building and maintaining brand identity systems
- Support brand design and visual storytelling efforts
- Work closely with senior designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams
- _(Bonus)_ Contribute to UI design for web and digital products

**What We're Looking For**:

- 1.5-3 years of professional design experience **or** a strong portfolio that shows your skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and **Figma (must)**:

- Solid grasp of typography, layout, and color
- Great attention to detail and consistency with brand guidelines
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills

**Nice to Have**:

- Basic motion graphics or video editing experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
