**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Financial Planning and Analysis**: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing in-depth financial analysis and insights to guide decision-making. Ensure financial plans support our strategic objectives.
- ** Risk Management**: Identify, assess, and manage financial risks that may impact the company. Implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure the company\'s financial stability.
- ** Capital Management**: Oversee the company\'s capital structure, making informed decisions about equity and debt financing. Allocate capital for investments, projects, and acquisitions to maximize returns.
- ** Financial Reporting**: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements and reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Uphold the highest standards of transparency and accountability.
- ** Compliance**: Stay informed and ensure that we complies with all relevant financial and regulatory requirements. Stay current with accounting standards, tax laws, and industry regulations.
- ** Cash Management**: Manage the company\'s cash flow to meet operational needs and growth initiatives. Implement effective cash management strategies.
- ** Treasury Functions**: Oversee banking relationships, debt financing, investments, and cash management. Optimize the use of funds and make capital allocation decisions.
- ** Financial Controls**: Establish and maintain robust financial controls and internal audit processes to prevent fraud and financial mismanagement.
- ** Financial Leadership**: Collaborate with the executive leadership team to provide financial expertise and guidance. Help shape the company\'s overall strategic direction.
- ** Mergers and Acquisitions**: Actively participate in mergers and acquisitions activities, including due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition integration.
- ** Investor Relations**: Manage relationships with investors and analysts, ensuring clear communication about companys financial performance, growth prospects, and financial strategy.
