**Role Overview**
As an Associate Design Engineer, you’ll support the design and drafting of mechanical systems and assemblies across CRA’s product lines. This is a hands-on role for early-career professionals who are excited to grow their skills across CAD modelling, fabrication drawings, piping layouts, and structural design.

Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of 2D models and drawings- Generate manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and isometrics for fabricated parts and assemblies.- Develop layout drawings including GA, piping, and P&IDs.- Collaborate with project engineers and production teams to ensure designs are practical and manufacturable- Carry out basic simulations (thermal, structural) and design validations.- Update design documentation based on change requests and engineering feedback.- Participate in technical discussions and design reviews.

**Requirements**:
- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.- 2-4 years of experience in mechanical design, ideally in Oil & Gas, Energy, or Industrial Equipment.- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, and SolidWorks; familiarity with Plant 3D is a plus.- Awareness of engineering standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, ISO.- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and team mindset.
