Training & Learning Business Partner

- The job purpose is to provide Learning capabilities to a dedicated client organization (single business area,
- e.g. ComOps, TechOps) in order to enhance organizational and people capabilities, and drive
- achievement of business goals and strategic objectives.
- Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure the implementation of the Learning and capability building strategic goals within a dedicated client group and support Learning partners in the implementation of key learning processes and initiatives, aimed at building organizational capability
- Maintain processes that support the learning E2E process and own and support the implementation of LMS (UP4Growth) for the organization and support the budget planning discussions.
- Prepare, review and track Learning and capability building budget to effectively and reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
- Collaborate with SMEs and Operational Managers to define, implement and maintain qualification criteria for in-scope tasks and roles Collaborate with SMEs and Operational Managers to define, implement and maintain training curricula for in-scope tasks and roles
- Maintain the in-scope training matrix, ensuring that all roles/tasks have defined qualification criteria and supporting curricula, and that all associates are assigned the appropriate requirements
- Knowledge of curricula management methodologies; experience in curation of learning content and adult learning principles, instructional design and evaluation of learning outcomes.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements (GxP, HSE, legal etc)
- Ability to work with a cross-functional, cross-cultural team within a matrix organization and strong customer service orientation

**Minimum requirements**
- What you’ll bring to the role:

- 10+years experience in Pharma/Manufacturing sector in an analytical lab in a GMP environment/equivalent. -Compliantly manage the in-scope training matrix. Define system setup and coordinate appropriate learning management.- System maintenance for all in-scope training requirements (courses, curricula, assignments, etc.) with the LMS administrators.
- Manage all in-scope reporting requirements.
