QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate or Post Graduate in English

EXPERIENCE: Up to 3 to 5 years in medical content proofreading or worked as proof reader in ad agency / pharma content.

We are looking for a proof reader who will be ensuring that the content written for the websites is grammatically accurate, structurally perfect, factually flawless, and scrupulously adhering to the client guidelines. Do a thorough check for spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, redundancy, coherence, organization, and plagiarism. You will also be training the new recruits of designers, web developers, motion graphic artist to make sure the quality of content is at higher standards.
- Read copy and transcripts to make sure that there are no spelling, grammatical and typographical errors.
- Making sure that content is clear and consistent.
- Suggesting areas of improvement to the writers and design team by closely working with them.
- Ensure that a zero-error copy is delivered
- Ensure that the copy written by the team is in such a way that it is readable and understandable for the target audience
- Quality check within timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a log of common errors and provide accurate feedback to writers
- Liasoning with the copywriters and designers to clear doubts, improve performance & productivity
- Scrupulous about detailed work
- Skilled in written English
- Good at concentrating for long spells

- Experience in writing/editing website content and marketing collaterals
- Interested in the Media Industry.

Communication
- Ability to clearly convey information through a variety of channels to individuals/groups various stakeholders
- Must be receptive to constructive feedback and act to deliver creative output
- Ability to manage escalations and resolve conflicts in day to day operations

Project Management
- Take ownership of QC of all assignments
- Must organize deliverables and track their performance matrix.
