**Qualification and Experience Required**:

- Graduation / Post Graduate + B.Ed. (mandatory)

**About the Job**:
The purpose of this role is to identify training needs and conduct trainings and support ‘Quality Support Program’ with the state team.

**Key Responsibility Area**:

- Training Need Assessment in the designated area (State / District/ Block Level)

o Identify gaps based on feedback from Project Head/Project Coordinators/Regional Heads

o Propose solution and plan of action with Sr. Manager-Training / Head T&C
- Planning & deployment of district level training for teachers (Implementation of Training Calendar)

a. Pedagogical/skill based training

b. Leadership training of Head of schools

c. Other selected scholastic/co-scholastic training

- School Visit and on the job support to the teachers and academic mentors

- Impact analysis of training organized

- Managing training data and documentation

- Academic support to Team

- Support and Contribute to T&C on other academic assignments related to curriculum, training and assessment
