Automotive Welding Trainer

**Job Position: AUTOMOTIVE WELDING TRAINER**

**Job Location: THAKURGAON**

The Automotive Welding Trainer develops and delivers training programs in automotive welding, combining theory with practical skills to ensure trainees meet industry standards and safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and update welding training programs and materials.
- Lead hands-on welding sessions and explain techniques, safety, and quality control.
- Evaluate trainee progress, provide feedback, and ensure skill improvement.
- Maintain a safe training environment and adhere to safety regulations.
- Set up and maintain welding equipment, troubleshoot issues.
- Track trainee performance and prepare reports.
- Stay updated on welding advancements and enhance training methods.
- Work with other trainers and industry professionals to ensure effective training.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or associate degree preferred.
- Experience as a welder; teaching or training experience is a plus.
- **TOT CERTIFICATION IS A MUST**:

- Relevant welding certifications required.
- Knowledge of welding techniques, strong communication, and instructional abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
