**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver **theory and practical sessions** in Electrical domain as per prescribed curriculum.
- Train and guide students on **electrical equipment, wiring, safety measures, and troubleshooting**.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment reports.
- Ensure effective **student engagement and skill development**.
- Support in **practical lab setup, tools & equipment maintenance**.
- Motivate and mentor students for successful course completion and placement.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education: B.Tech/BE (Electricals) / Diploma in Electricals / ITI in Electricals.**:

- **Experience**:5-6 years (industry experience mandatory).**:

- **TOT (Training of Trainers) from NSDC certified preferred; Non-TOT with good knowledge may also apply.**:

- Strong technical knowledge of the electrical field.
- **Decent communication skills** and interest in becoming a trainer.
- Ability to handle both classroom and practical training.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
