**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products, services, or special offers.
- Conduct follow-up calls as needed to nurture leads and close sales.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential customers and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Update and maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Customer Support**:

- Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues related to products or services.
- Offer solutions and alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Goals**:

- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Track and report on sales performance and metrics.
- **Script Adherence**:

- Follow predefined scripts and sales pitches while maintaining a natural conversational tone.
- Adapt scripts and approaches based on customer responses and feedback.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Document all customer interactions, including call outcomes and follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- **Market Research**:

- Gather feedback and insights from customers to provide recommendations for improving products, services, or sales strategies.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share customer feedback.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport and engage effectively with customers.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
