**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Support**:

- Handle routine back-office administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Organize and update company databases and documents.
- **Data Management**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, spreadsheets, and records.
- Ensure proper data verification and validation.
- **Coordination**:

- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, customer service, operations) to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Act as a point of contact for resolving minor operational issues.
- **Documentation**:

- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and other necessary documents.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain confidentiality.
- **Customer Support Assistance**:

- Provide backend support to the customer service team by retrieving required information or data.
- Address and escalate customer queries, if needed, to the appropriate teams.
- **Scheduling and Follow-ups**:

- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with clients or vendors.
- Track and update project timelines and milestones.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and repairs.

**Key Skills & Requirements**
- **Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with basic data management software and tools.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- **Experience**:

- 0-3 years in a similar back-office or administrative role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
