**Fabric Sourcing**: Proficiency in sourcing new fabrics to ensure our collections stay ahead of the curve.

**Creativity**: Demonstrate creativity by consistently coming up with new creations that align with international fashion trends.

**Sample Development**: Ability to oversee the development of women's clothing samples.

**Design Software Proficiency**: Proficient in designing software such as Coral Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Proficiency will be assessed during the interview process.

**Ethnic Wear Expertise**: Strong ability to design all types of women's ethnic wear items including suit sets, dresses, kurta sets, etc., with expertise in different colors, fabrics, prints, and work types.

**Additional Skills**:
Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.

Time Management: Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs consistently.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and evolving fashion trends.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of designs.

Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute positively to creative discussions and brainstorming sessions.
