**Job Title**: Social Media and Influencer Marketing Executive
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Pay**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Social Media Strategy & Calendar Creation**: Develop and maintain a content calendar across all relevant social media platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand goals.
- **Product Shoots & Content Creation**: Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute product shoots, ensuring high-quality visuals for social media posts.
- **Content Posting & Scheduling**: Create and schedule compelling copy and visuals for publication on social media platforms at optimal times to maximize engagement.
- **Performance Marketing**: Implement performance-driven social media campaigns, utilizing paid promotions to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
- **Monitoring Engagement**: Track users' engagement with and feedback on every post, responding promptly and appropriately to comments, messages, and interactions.
- **Reporting**: Analyze, track, and report on the performance of social media posts and influencer campaigns. Prepare end-of-month (EOM) reports to share insights and results.
- **Collaboration with Videographers & Multimedia Designers**: Work closely with videographers and multimedia designers to ensure the content is visually engaging and adheres to brand guidelines.
- **Content Optimization**: Optimize content for publication across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring it fits the specific requirements of each site.
- **Social Media Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, platform changes, and best practices to continuously evolve social media strategies.
- **Exploration of New Social Media Platforms**: Research and evaluate emerging social media platforms for potential integration into the brand's digital strategy.
- **Database Management**: Maintain a secure and organized database of all social media platform credentials, login details, and marketing tools.
- **Cross-Selling & Client Engagement**: Identify opportunities to cross-sell services to clients through effective campaigns and influencer partnerships.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Ability to create and curate engaging visual content, including collaboration with design teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of performance marketing strategies and paid social campaigns.
- Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to evolving trends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage projects independently.
