**Job Title**: Social Media Marketing Executive

**Experience**: 2 - 5 Years
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month
**Location**: Khar West

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and monitor **paid ad campaigns** on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Manage and grow **social media pages** (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) - increase followers and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with the graphic designer to **create visually appealing posts**, reels, and ad creatives.
- Develop and implement **marketing strategies** tailored to the brand’s goals and audience.
- Schedule and manage regular social media content using **Canva** and other tools.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to **optimize campaigns and content**.
- Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build a strong community presence.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.

**Requirements**:

- 2 - 5 years of experience in **digital marketing or social media management**.
- Hands-on experience with **Facebook Ads Manager**, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.
- Good knowledge of **Instagram and Facebook algorithms** and audience behavior.
- Strong understanding of **social media content planning, audience targeting, and performance tracking**.
- Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in **Canva**.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and social media trends.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
