**Job Title**: Social Media Executive**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Social Media Executive** to manage and grow our brand’s online presence. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media channels, running campaigns, and analyzing performance to drive engagement, traffic, and brand awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry news to optimize performance
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage community interactions
- Run paid advertising campaigns and optimize performance based on KPIs
- Track and analyze metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content
- Prepare monthly performance reports and provide insights to improve strategy
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging platforms/tools

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Proficiency with platforms like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar tools
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign management
- Creative mindset with attention to detail

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
