Job Description: Guest Relationship Executive in Apparel Store

Position: Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) or Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Job Summary: The Guest Relationship Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers in the apparel store. They are responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized assistance to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Greet customers as they enter the store and offer a warm and friendly welcome. Assist customers in finding the right apparel and accessories based on their preferences, body type, and occasion.

Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the store's products, including their features, benefits, and materials, to offer accurate and helpful information to customers.

Personalized Recommendations: Understand the customer's style, size, and preferences through effective communication and use that information to provide personalized recommendations, leading to an enhanced shopping experience.

Handling Queries: Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure that all customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction, escalating complex problems to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.

Upselling and Cross-selling: Promote add-on products, complementary items, and promotions to increase sales and maximize the customer's shopping basket value.

Order Processing: Facilitate the ordering process for out-of-stock or specialty items, ensuring timely delivery and communication with customers regarding their orders.

Loyalty Programs: Introduce and explain the store's loyalty programs to customers, encouraging them to enroll and providing them with information on associated benefits.

Maintain Store Appearance: Participate in visual merchandising activities and ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers at all times.

Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets by actively engaging with customers and employing effective sales techniques.

Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from customers about their shopping experience, product preferences, and suggestions for improvement, and relay this information to the store management team.

Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment, stock taking, and ensuring products are appropriately labeled and displayed.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the store's sales team and other staff to create a harmonious and efficient work environment.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
