**Job Title**:Associate Consultant - ESG Services

**Location**:Bangalore, Karnataka

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute ESG advisory and assurance engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Work closely with client SPOCs to understand their ESG needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct ESG assessments, gap analyses, and benchmarking studies.
- Develop and implement ESG strategies, policies, and frameworks.
- Assist clients in ESG reporting and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Perform data analysis and prepare detailed reports and presentations.
- Stay updated on the latest ESG trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive ESG solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Master degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Biotech, Forest, Biodiversity, water, production engineering, HSE or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISO 14001) are an advantage but not mandatory.
- 0-2 years of experience in ESG advisory or assurance roles.
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with ESG data management and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of industry-specific ESG challenges and opportunities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
