**Job Title**: Client Engagement Trainee

**Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Client Engagement Trainee to assist in managing client relationships and supporting sales activities. This role involves engaging with existing clients to identify new service needs, preparing customized proposals, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate client records. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand client needs and create tailored proposals and quotations.
- Follow up on proposals to boost conversion rates and close deals.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within client workflows.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Collaborate with front-end and delivery teams to maintain consistent and smooth client engagement.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions, proposals, sales activities, and feedback.
- Support the sales team in spotting new revenue opportunities and nurturing leads.
- Learn internal tools, systems, and processes to align client expectations with service delivery.

**Required Skills and Qualities**:

- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive and proactive approach.
- Ability to work well within cross-functional teams.
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Internship or project experience in client servicing, sales support, or account management is advantageous.
