**Role**: Customer Support for the Product Team

**Location**:Anna Salai, Nandanam, Chennai

**Must have**:

- Experience in Support as a mandate.
- Good communication skills, they will be interacting with some of the big lenders/corporates across India.
- Should have strong interpersonal skills to be able to coordinate with internal departments within the company and resolve tickets within SLA.
- It will be a 6 days working week with Sunday being a common WO and coverage required be 9 am to 9 pm (as per roster).
- They will need to operate from the Chennai Company Office in the Nandanam area for all 6 days.

**Good to have**:
1. SAAS based experience in Support.

2. Experience in Technical Support role

**Notes**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
