Office Administrator

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Admin and Assistant to support the daily operations of our construction company. This role requires an individual who can manage office tasks, assist with project coordination, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth functioning across various departments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents (both digital and physical).
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and site visits for project managers, superintendents, and other staff.
- Prepare and process correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required.
- Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized.
- **Project Coordination Assistance**:
- Assist project managers with scheduling, procurement, and documentation for construction projects.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients as needed, providing updates on project status or issues.
- Maintain construction project files, including contracts, permits, invoices, and change orders.
- **Accounts and Billing Support**:
- Assist with the preparation of invoices and billing for clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely payment processing and resolve any billing discrepancie
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
