You will work alongside our colleagues from IT, Information Security, Data Privacy, HR, Operations, and many more to build scalable and sustainable Intelligent Automation ecosystem at VMware.

You will be directly involved in digital transformation initiatives that help accelerate efficiency as part of VMware's focus to become a SaaS & Subscription-centred company.

**_ Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?_**
- Within 30 days of employment, you will develop a keen understanding of the Intelligent Automation ecosystem at VMware, including full life cycle delivery of Intelligent Automation solutions at VMware
- Within 90 days of employment, you will be helping with the design and delivery of intelligent automation solutions by understanding business challenges and developing innovative solutions using RPA, AI/ML, NLP, OCR, Chatbots and other emerging technologies capabilities. You will also be able to actively contribute to building and maintaining scalable IA infrastructure on-premise and on cloud.
- Within 180 days of employment, you will be able to partner closely with business and technology teams to evangelize intelligent automation. You will play a vital role in selecting the right technologies, providing process automation solutions, and leading the implementation of the solutions by building scalable IA ecosystem at VMware.
- Within 360 days, along with the above, you will be helping to ensure the quality of the solutions is acceptable by performing thorough testing and ensuring that best practices, design standards, policies and procedures are followed. You will also be able to develop awareness of current and future market and technology developments inside and outside of the Intelligent Automation space through offerings, white papers, blogs, upskilling and learning opportunities.

**_ What type of work will I be doing? What assignments or requirements will I be performing regularly?_**

Your regular activities may be modified to suit your professional strengths, but you can expect a variety of the following assignments:

- You will lead the discovery, design, and delivery of Intelligent Automation solutions including, but not limited to, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Intelligent Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Artificial Intelligent (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Chatbots, Digital Agents, and Process Mining.
- You will lead in building robust and scalable foundation for intelligent automation delivery.
- You will help evangelize Intelligent Automation across the organization by facilitating workshops with business to develop awareness
- You will participate in building technology and transformation strategies, ensuring consistent value realization for business functions which will develop exceptional analytical abilities and data driven decision making.
- You will participate in developing and presenting compelling business cases for IA emerging technologies in a persuasive and engaging manner

You will be reporting to Neeraj Mathur, Director - Intelligent Automation, based out of Palo Alto, California.

Neeraj leads the efforts to scale Intelligent Automation program at VMware. Neeraj has worked as the technical and strategic advisor to CxOs, senior executives, and CoE teams, enabling some of the world’s largest organizations to scale through their Intelligent Automation journey.
