Software Quality and AI Architect Role

We are seeking an experienced architect to lead the design and implementation of intelligent systems that enhance software quality, testing automation, and delivery efficiency.

This is a high-impact role that involves architecting AI solutions for quality engineering use cases such as intelligent test automation, defect prediction, root cause analysis, and self-healing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and implement agentic AI workflows that integrate with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI-driven quality metrics and guardrails.
  • Lead the development of ML models for anomaly detection, performance monitoring, and predictive analytics.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and compliance of AI systems across the SDLC.
  • Evaluate and integrate AI tools and platforms.
  • Mentor engineering teams on AI best practices and quality engineering principles.
  • Drive innovation through proof-of-concepts, pilot programs, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in AI/ML architecture.
  • Proven experience in quality engineering, test automation, and DevOps.
  • Strong knowledge of AI design patterns, especially agentic and tool-use patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with model governance, and secure AI development.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
