Enterprise Decision Intelligence Systems Architect

Job Description:
We're building a cutting-edge operating system for enterprise decisions, and we need a skilled backend systems architect to join our founding team.
As a key member of our team, you'll design and implement scalable backend systems that power our platform, handling massive numerical data flows and enabling business intelligence, root cause analysis, and advanced analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build core systems architecture for our backend platforms.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Ensure high performance, fault tolerance, and accuracy in systems handling large-scale quantitative workloads.
- Contribute to the development of agentic systems and reasoning workflows.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6-10 years of engineering experience in backend development and data systems.
- Proven expertise in one or more areas: distributed architectures, APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, data systems, BI, ETL, OLAP, data warehouses, analytics platforms, numerical data handling, and programming languages like Python, Java, or Go.
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
