Our organization is seeking a visionary developer to spearhead the design and implementation of intelligent systems that enhance product workflows, automate document analysis, personalize offers, and empower conversational agents. This pivotal role will also involve owning the end-to-end customer experience by crafting and scaling full-stack applications.


Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable backend services using Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django) to drive business innovation.

- Develop and optimize relational schemas in PostgreSQL or MySQL to ensure data integrity and query performance.

- Build and maintain LLM-powered agents for document parsing, negotiation, navigation, and customer support, fostering seamless interactions with customers.

- Integrate and fine-tune RAG pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks to unlock AI-driven insights.

- Craft decisioning systems (BREs) for eligibility checks, affordability scoring, and cross-sell logic to inform strategic business decisions.

- Operate, monitor, and secure infrastructure on AWS / GCP / Azure to safeguard business assets and ensure compliance.

- Collaborate end-to-end with the frontend team (React.js ) to deliver unified and engaging customer experiences across touchpoints.

- Mentor interns or junior engineers and contribute to shaping team practices and technology direction, driving growth and excellence.

- Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js / Next.js and modern UI frameworks (Tailwind, shadcn/ui) to create captivating user interfaces.

- Collaborate closely with design and product teams to bring customer-facing features to life, meeting business objectives and exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements :

- 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience, excluding internships, to demonstrate expertise and maturity.

- Strong Python fundamentals and hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django to drive project success.

- Proven track record of building and deploying GenAI/NLP/RAG-based applications in production, showcasing technical prowess and adaptability.

- Familiarity with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph), vector stores (Pinecone, Qdrant), and prompt engineering to stay at the forefront of AI innovation.

- Deep understanding of PostgreSQL or MySQL (schema design, migrations, query performance) to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.

- Experience operating systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure, highlighting expertise in cloud computing and infrastructure management.

- Medium familiarity with React.js and frontend architectures, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.

- Holistic system design mindset, enabling independent movement from concept to production, and delivering innovative solutions.
