Global Operations (GO) organization mission is to deliver financial results and a superior experience to our customers, partners & sales teams. GO value chain spans configure-price-quote, order manage & care, plan, source, make, deliver & invoicing while working with organizations like Product Management, Sales, Finance.

GO Automation COE, as part of the Digital Transformation organization for GO, is chartered to work across the GO value chain to drive intelligent automation using various process automation tools & technologies like RPA/OCR/AI/ML/Workflow/Chatbot technologies for faster, repeatable, error free processes with impactful ROI around productivity / customer experience / financial benefits.

**What you’ll do**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Briefly, we are at the growth stage of employing RPA & Intelligent Automation technologies & getting business benefits. As Automation Architect in individual contributor role, this position overall would be responsible to contribute to one or more of the following of COE team goals at the core:

- Designing & Architecting complex solutions covering rule based RPA, AI/ML, workflows
- Run successful POCs & guide / coach to support deployment for adoption, realizing benefits & smooth CI/CD
- Process Analysis / Mining, recommending solution fit, effort estimation
- Develop complex solutions
- Support / drive meaningful innovation at all levels of automation lifecycle including influencing leadership

**What you need to bring**:
**Core Education & Experience**
- Masters in Engineering/ Computer Applications/ Science
- 10+ years’ industry experience in technical development, architecting, operations
- Expected experience - in architecting & implementing Workfusion RPA solutions or competing RPA solutions involving java /selenium frameworks. MS RPA/AI environments. Python. Chat, voice, text conversation /virtual agent platforms like MS, EMPLAY.
- Experience in process analysis
- Experience in legacy & cloud environments
- Experience building / deploying / maintaining automation solutions in large scale business operations
- Demonstrated capability in working with operating units, operating management, senior management & information technology departments
- Understanding / knowledge of IT architectures, infrastructure, database / SQL
- Strong English Language written, verbal & presentation skills

**Experiences / Goals bringing added advantage**:

- Workfusion / Azure / Python etc.. technical certifications
- Experience in workflow automation
- Experience Working in multi-cultural, multi-country global corporations
- Working with technology/ service supplier service models
- Experience in automation for supply chain/ sales operations; with enterprise level systems like ERP, CRM
- Stakeholder engagement
