- Job Summary: Manage and maintain financial records, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Experience with enterprise accounting software and a strong understanding of accounting principles is required.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring monthly closure within prescribed timelines.
- Record and reconcile applicable taxes on invoices (TDS and GST).
- Ensure timely payment to vendors and statutory dues.
- Collaborate with other departments for accurate and timely financial information.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in budget and financial forecast preparation.
- Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders in Workday
- Maintain purchase orders
- Communication between stakeholders regarding POs and Invoices
- Assist in create and maintaining projects in Workday
- Prepare monthly and year-end PO accruals
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Workday accounting software is a plus.
- Skills Required:

- Strong understanding of accounting standards, principles, and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
