We are hiring a Finance Associate for a reputed company.

Key Responsibilities Includes
- Build strong relationships with our clients, becoming a trusted source of guidance on how they can achieve their financial and organisational goals.
- Maintain high client retention and satisfaction by providing excellent support and unwavering willingness to assist clients with any concerns
- Partner with account executives to maintain books of accounts as per GAAP and ensure timely compliance with statutory and regulatory filings.
- Perform Finance Due Diligences including in analysis books of accounts, key financial metrics, regulatory and statutory compliance and preparing a detailed report to assist investors in making investing decisions
- Prepare Valuation workings and valuation reports to comply with requirements of Income Tax Act, Companies Act and FEMA.
- Serve as the main point of contact across multiple assignment and ensure deliverables are ready in timely manner with exceptional focus on quality
- Keep up to date on applicable act including understanding notifications, amendments, case laws.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions of the organisation to encourage learning from each other and sharing of ideas.

Years of experience: 3 to 4 years, Freshers are also welcome

Qualification Required: CA

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

- Byculla, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
