**Business Analysis skills**:

- Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines - integration of performance tests with build pipelines; good experience with Jenkins/GitlabCI
- Ability to understand the Performance bottlenecks at different levels of Application and help the teams.
- Should have Good Experience in Performance Monitoring.
- Should have good performance Testing skills and deep understanding of the technologies.
- Strong Knowledge of current industry wide Quality & Test processes and practices, Tools and techniques
- Quick and self-bootstrapping learner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail.
- Passionate about pushing the envelope of current technologies and motivating others to adopt new development and testing methodologies.
- Should have logical thinking ability and solutions oriented attitude.
- Good to have: Neaload, Gatling
- BE/B.Tech with intensive Software industry experience

**Qualifications - Internal**
- Basics of Performance testing and types (load, stress, spike, scale etc.)
- Proficient in load injection tools (Jmeter, K6, Gatling, Neolad etc.)
- Working knowledge of Java ecosystem (containers like Netty, Tomcat, JBosss etc.)
- Proficient in observability tools (like Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, Jaeger, ELK)
- Hands-on with bash or shell scripting
- Working knowledge of cloud computing (AWS preferably, but GCP and Azure can also help)
- Working knowledge of containerization - Docker and orchestrators like Kubernetes
- Exposure to Databases like Oracle, PostgreSql, MongoDB; Queues including ActiveMQ, Kafka
- Should be able to decide on test data and mocks/stubs for testing
- Should be able to collect requirements and draft test strategy
- Should be able to analyze results and point in the right directions for troubleshooting
- Should be able to ask right questions and provide relevant updates and collaborate with multiple stakeholders

**Must Skills**:

- Professionals with 8-12 years of experience in **Performance Testing**:

- Extensive Performance Testing experience on **Load Runner /JMeter.**:

- Expert level **scripting **skills
- Experience with **Performance testing tools**:

- Experience with **Bash/ Shell scripting**:

- Core **IT industry** experience is Mandatory
- This is a work from office role
- People who want to relocate can also apply
- Working Days: Monday to Friday

**Salary**: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
