Hiring: Architect /BIM ArchitectImmediate Joiner preferredWe are looking for a talented Architect to join our team.Responsibilities:- Prepare or modify detailed implementation documents and drawings using advanced architectural principles.- Lead and guide the team in planning work and developing technical/design solutions.- Review implementation documents prepared by the architectural team.- Collaborate in preparing project schedules and coordinate with the team to meet deadlines.- Execute deliverables according to scope, standards, and quality expectations.- Assist with technical resolution and coordination for assigned project portions.- Ensure code and zoning requirements are met.- Coordinate with project managers, clients, public agencies, consultants, and contractors.- Prepare client presentations and present design concepts and drawings.- Support negotiations on critical project issues.- Conduct product research and assist in material/system selections.- Participate in team meetings for project and technical coordination.- Attend site visits, field reviews, and project meetings; document appropriately.- Prepare meeting minutes for consultant coordination meetings, if required.Qualifications:- Accredited professional degree in Architecture.- Architectural Registration required.- 3+ years of experience.- Sustainable design accreditation preferred.- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required.- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, InDesign, and 3D modeling software (Rhino, Grasshopper preferred).- Knowledge of Navisworks and MS Office Suite preferred.- Understanding of sustainability and integrated design guidelines.- Strong knowledge of architectural building systems and QA/QC processes.
