Role and Responsibilities:

- **JOB DESCRIPTION: OPERATION EXECUTIVE (ACCOUNTS)**

1. Responsible for entire gamut of Operations Department.

2. Maintain and follow SOP of Operations Department.

3. Handling various vendors - Specially Transporters

4. Inventory Management. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical check Monthly.

5. Preparation of various reports and submitting to concern authorities in time.

6. Operating Petty Cash Transactions and maintaining records. Submitting daily cash statement to Accounts Manager.

7. Audits and Compliances: Carry out internal audit. Respond to audit inquiries and assist Accounts Department in preparation and timely completion of statutory and / or other audits.

8. Work closely with internal teams as well as accounts team to ensure that all transactions flow through successfully, and that the accounting is consistent with system and financial reporting.

9. Ensure timely and professional communication with clients on all aspects related to operations.

10. Develop inventory reports and analyses, monitor inventory transactions (e.g.: Related to Dispatch, Receiving, E-way bill, Weighment etc) and report to Operations & Accounts Manager timely.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Must know to speak Hindi.
- Immediate Joinee preferred.
- 0-2 years of inventory accounting experience preferred. Fresher also can apply.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, etc.) and the ability to quickly manipulate and analyze large data sets and build reports.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level.
- ERP system experience and systems savvy, highly preferred.
