
Field Sales Executive

**Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The Field BDE will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in designated geographical areas, fostering relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Identify and prioritize potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing product/service recommendations and addressing customer concerns.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers to close deals.
- **Pipeline Management**:
- Manage the sales pipeline and track progress against targets.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Communicate customer feedback and market insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other team activities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
