**Your Role**:
**A Day in the Life**:

- Manage month-end and year-end close procedures, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Ensuring compliance with all the applicable policies and US GAAP.
- Preparation of monthly accruals including review of Open PO, receipts, invoices and budget
- Preparation of Fixed Asset Register and calculation of depreciation.
- Preparation of P&L and Balance sheet schedules monthly and variance analysis of all expense heads
- Assist in internal audits, statutory audit (US), SOX compliances.
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements weekly.
- Have experience in US GAAP accounting
- Intercompany accounting and intercompany reconciliations.
- Verification of monthly payroll and preparation of its reconciliation
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

**What You Need**:

- 3-6 years of experience in India/US Finance in the industry/company. SaaS product or IT company is preferred.
- CA Inter/MBA(F)/Post-graduate or other equivalent qualification.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Having experience in month end close, accruals, P&L reconciliations and audits.
- Good verbal and written business English **communication skills**.
- Adequate knowledge of **Financial Statements & books of accounts.**:

- Exposure of **NetSuite** accounting tool will be an advantage.
