We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Associate Finance Analyst. This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor or Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent courses, with 4+ years of general accounting and analysis experience. They will have excellent computer proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Additionally, they will have proven eye for detail, quick learning abilities, and the ability to collaborate with peers to complete projects.

As an Associate Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing IT budgets and forecasts, identifying and tracking variances from actuals versus budget on a monthly basis, and providing explanations. You will also be involved in IT cost allocation validation, expense/component-wise monthly reporting, managing procure-to-pay processes, vendor management, PO release, service delivery, SEZ clearance, and performing monthly vendor balance reconciliation.

You will also take care of all IT cross-charging expenses, implement IT cost optimization initiatives, and demonstrate solid knowledge of General Ledger (GL) and sub-GL data sources. Furthermore, you will perform ad-hoc IT cost-related reports as and when required and perform related duties assigned by your supervisor.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor or Master's in Accounting or equivalent courses, 4+ years of general accounting and analysis experience, excellent computer proficiency in MS Office applications, and proven eye for detail and quick learning abilities. Preferred qualifications include exposure to PeopleSoft, Ariba, Mercury, Oracle, and SAP, P2P, Vendor Management, SEZ Compliances, and Month-end Closing knowledge.
