Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and approaches for targeting clients in the finance sector.
- Provide support to the sales team by preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of financial products and services to clients.
- Assist in analyzing financial data and preparing reports for management review.
- Stay updated on industry news, regulations, and best practices related to finance and sales.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills related to finance, sales, and customer relationship management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
- Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and strategies for business growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges and environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in sales or finance is a plus but not required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
