**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
As an Executive - Finance, this role demands 2 to 4 years of experience in meticulous financial management. From ensuring GST compliance and accurate bookkeeping to proficient purchase order creation, payment processing, and TDS calculations, the Executive will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the organization. The ability to monitor and manage payables and receivables adds a strategic dimension to this position. The role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the financial stability and compliance of the company while providing room for professional growth and development.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. GST Knowledge**:
**2. Bookkeeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for effective financial management.

3. **Purchase Order Making**:

- Efficiently create and manage purchase orders, contributing to streamlined processes in procurement and financial operations.

**4. Making Payments**:

- Execute payment transactions with precision and adherence to timelines. Coordinate with stakeholders, ensure proper authorization, and manage financial outflow according to budgetary constraints.

**5. TDS Calculations**:

- Perform precise calculations and manage Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) obligations. Ensure accurate deductions to fulfil legal requirements and avoid penalties.

**6. Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable**:

- Monitor and manage both payables and receivables to ensure financial stability. Track outstanding invoices, manage payment schedules, and strategize to optimize the company's financial position.

**MUST HAVE**:

- Proven 2-4 years of experience in financial management.
- Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong bookkeeping skills for accurate financial records.
- Efficient in creating and managing purchase orders.
- Accurate execution of payment transactions.
- Experience in precise TDS calculations.
- Ability to monitor and manage payables and receivables effectively.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
