Job Overview:

We are looking for a Finance Executive who can handle day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in statutory compliance workings.

This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with Tally and Excel.

Primary Role & Responsibilities (Main Focus):

  • Record day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / Excel accurately and timely.
  • Maintain proper records of all bills, invoices, and payments — both soft copies and physical files.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other compliance workings under supervision of senior finance personnel or consultants.
  • Track and reconcile vendor payments, expense sheets, and petty cash.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for invoice clarifications or document requirements.
  • Support in monthly closing, bank reconciliations, and basic MIS reports.
  • Ensure all financial data is organized, updated, and audit-ready.

Required Skills:

  • Experience: 1–2 years in accounting or finance operations (manufacturing/export industry preferred).
  • Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally and Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle routine finance tasks efficiently.
