About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive
HR Executive

to support our HR operations, streamline processes, and ensure a smooth employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration with efficiency and empathy. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage on boarding and induction for new hires to ensure a smooth joining experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
  • Assist in handling employee queries and resolving HR-related concerns promptly.
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring timely submission of attendance and leave data.
  • Prepare monthly salary sheets and ensure timely payroll processing.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate .
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes, compliance, and MS Office tools.

Salary Range:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
